Life Runs Through It

£15.95

A collections of poems and stories by Graham Anderton.

Hardback.

Published in 2000.

Description

A selection of poems and short stories based on the authors real-life experiences.

Graham Anderton, born and raised in England, has now spent almost half his life on South Ronaldsay in the Orkney Islands, where he runs a small farm.

A very active and competitive sportsman, Graham has a deep love for the countryside and its wildlife, a fact that will soon become apparent to the reader.

From an idyllic childhood in the country fields of Warwickshire, his travels have taken him north to Scotland and his eventual home in Orkney.

His search for adventure and freedom has led him on treks into the wildest areas of Britain and Canada, and the book includes several stories of his trips into the mountains, some bordering on the uncanny.

Finally, there is a powerful, almost spiritual message in his poems concerning reflections on life, which as one grows older, become impossible to ignore.
